I am looking for a role that values strategic HR leadership and fosters a collaborative culture.

I am a highly motivated HR professional with over two decades of experience in both internal HR leadership and consulting. My career is marked by a proven track record of executing HR initiatives with precision at both strategic and tactical levels. I have successfully led HR functions across diverse industries, managing multi-state employee structures and ensuring the best talent is attracted, hired, and retained.

In my current role as Vice President of Human Resources at Corkcicle, I serve as a key HR business partner on the Leadership Team, responsible for the vision and strategy of talent, culture, and HR operations. I have implemented significant initiatives, such as establishing the first in-house Customer Service Center and launching a company-wide diversity training program. My ability to collaborate with C-Suite leaders and influence key business decisions has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering a positive company culture.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to enhancing employee relations and performance through innovative HR practices.
