I'm seeking a healthcare quality, patient safety, or risk leadership role where I can use data, Just Culture, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce harm, strengthen regulatory readiness, and improve organizational outcomes.

At Methodist Hospital Hill Country, I lead organization-wide patient safety event analysis, Serious Event Analyses, Safe Table reviews, and Just Culture practices. I directed a falls-prevention initiative that reduced patient falls by approximately 71%, from 21 in 2023 to 6 in 2024, and sustained results through 2026.

I partner with nursing leadership, physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams to turn VigiLanz data into practical improvements across harm prevention, workplace violence reporting, regulatory readiness, and communication. I also increased Culture of Safety Survey participation from 82% to 93% while maintaining scores of 4.2 to 4.26 out of 5.

My background includes intensive care, medical/surgical, and joint replacement nursing, along with leadership roles in medication safety and shared governance. I'm an MSN-prepared Texas RN and TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer committed to safer systems and better patient outcomes.
