What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a healthcare team where I can lead risk and safety performance through “monitoring, tracking, trending,” education, and legally sound processes—supporting quality dashboards, accreditation, and continuous improvement.

I drive risk, safety, and quality outcomes by “preventing, monitoring, tracking, trending, educating, and reporting risk evaluation that contribute to the quality of healthcare.” I maintain legal documents and insurance/contracts, prepare for and attend legal proceedings, and support performance improvement with incident/quality dashboards and chart auditing.

I’ve managed provider and clinical informatics workflows as a Data Quality Coordinator/Clinical Informatics Assistant, including “Manage order sets” and “leads Meditech EMR builds,” plus SQL report generation and troubleshooting. I support FPPE/OPPE provider evaluations, CPOE training, and provider access validation to keep clinical operations accurate and accountable.

My leadership foundation includes Assistant Director of Nursing/MDS Coordinator experience, where I led teams, ensured timely MDS completion to CMS, and managed resident care planning with PPS reporting. I also bring readiness for emergency management and incident response (NIMS ICS-100/200; IS-700/IS-800) alongside clinical and safety certifications including trauma and ACLS/PALS.
