At Phoenix Children's, I led multidisciplinary root-cause analyses and contributed to serious safety-event investigations, translating findings into corrective actions and recommendations for clinical and executive teams. I also co-developed and implemented the WATCHER predictive analytics model, bringing early-deterioration and patient-monitoring signals into clinical workflows.
I supported safety reporting through the Children’s Hospital Association Patient Safety Organization and led clinical implementation of a Salesforce-based safety reporting and investigation platform. Now, as a Teaching Assistant at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, I facilitate graduate learning in leadership, implementation science, and evidence-based improvement while mentoring students in translating evidence into practice.
