I'm seeking opportunities where I can lead quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and financial stewardship while using data and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve clinical outcomes.

At Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Dallas, I lead quality, safety, regulatory readiness, and budget accountability for a high-volume electrophysiology lab.

I've managed operating and capital budgets, including planning and financial oversight for a $1M electrophysiology lab remodel while supporting uninterrupted clinical operations. I monitor procedural outcomes and patient safety metrics, serve as NCDR ICD Registry Liaison, and work with physicians, staff, facilities, and vendors to address workflow risks.
