At OVERDRIVE, INC, I guide new school districts through platform onboarding and deliver virtual training for teachers, librarians, and district leaders. I create onboarding guides and instructional videos to help partners get started and feel confident using the platform.
I gather customer feedback and meet with product owners to help ensure the platform meets partners’ needs. I also collaborate with developers and customer-facing teams to address roadblocks.
Earlier, as a teacher with the School District of Osceola County, I designed lessons for students with different learning styles and led grade-level planning teams. I enjoy helping people learn and making products feel more approachable.
