At Outlier, via the Multimango platform, I evaluated AI models through Vietnamese conversations, comparing responses against criteria such as empathy, comprehension, and natural language use. I rated each response and wrote English rationales explaining the differences.

Forvis Mazars Vietnam’s Data Innovation & CRM team was where I worked on data pipelines, CRM quality, and reporting. I used Google Apps Script to integrate data from GA4, Google Search Console, and CMS, and developed Looker Studio dashboards for content segmentation.

I also audited CRM records and documented deduplication and profile-enrichment criteria using Airtable scripting extensions with OpenRouter APIs. Structured QA checklists helped identify inconsistencies in pipeline records and reduce repetitive reporting errors.

In my Customer 360 project, I transformed transaction records into an OLAP model with SQL and applied RFM analysis and a BCG-adapted scoring rubric to segment customers. I’m seeking remote AI training, model evaluation, and annotation roles.
