At MITEK JSC, I supported development and integration of AI features for a voice application using Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and large language models. I tested generated outputs and analyzed voice interaction edge cases, including interruptions and recognition errors.
For the TechZone e-commerce platform, I designed requirements and user flows for an AI product recommendation and chatbot feature. I also work on English and Vietnamese AI annotation with Alignerr (LabelBox), and evaluate factuality and quality in AI training tasks at Outlier by Scale AI.
