I've coordinated service work at Puckett Machinery Company, leading nine technicians through oil changes and inspections for heavy machines and generators. I schedule customer appointments, open technician work, order parts, and maintain machine and ownership data.

Previously at Puckett Machinery, I installed and programmed secondary GPS systems on Caterpillar equipment. My work included wiring harnesses, ECMs, batteries, and electrical attachments while coordinating installation locations and times with customers.

I've also built a strong customer-service foundation through sales and support roles at Lowe's, Sitel, Home Depot, and Ruby Tuesday. I help customers understand products and services, troubleshoot orders and account issues, and support successful project completion.

I'm a Level 1 Caterpillar technician with training across engines, hydraulics, undercarriage, drivetrain, electrical, and information systems. I bring hands-on mechanical, electrical, Linux, networking, spreadsheet, and field-service experience.
