I'm looking to lead strategic people initiatives where I can partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational change, talent, employee relations and data-driven HR decisions.

At Greencastle Solutions, I lead the South African people agenda, partnering with UK executives and local leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, talent, succession, performance and change. I use people analytics to turn workforce trends, talent risks and HR metrics into practical business decisions.

Across BetXchange and Dis-Chem Pharmacies, I've built broad HR capability in employee relations, HR operations, compliance and employee lifecycle delivery. I've represented organisations in CCMA matters with approximately 90% successful outcomes and am currently completing my LLB.
