What I'm looking for

I am looking for a strategic HR role where I can build or improve HR functions, drive people-focused culture, lead talent programs, and support organizational growth in an inclusive, agile environment.

I am a strategic and consultative HR professional with experience building HR functions, designing core HR processes, and leading organizational growth initiatives. I have led end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation design while supporting people through change.

In my most recent role I created the Human Resources area and designed recruitment, onboarding, salary scale processes, policies, and culture programs, while partnering with technical schools for internships and unifying internal communications.

I have hands-on experience in employer branding, training and leadership development, diversity and inclusion programs, and implementing people experience initiatives. I am comfortable working with agile methodologies and driving employee engagement across teams.

I bring practical tools experience including SAP, Airtable, and Workday, volunteer leadership in nonprofits and event coordination, and formal education in Human Resources and Ontological Coaching with NLP, which informs my coaching and development approach.
