I’m eager to contribute to iTel by delivering positive customer experiences and providing efficient, professional, and reliable service.

At iTel, I assist customers with technical, billing, and sales-related concerns. I help identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

As a Sales Agent, I assist customers with products and services in a fast-paced call center environment.

During my internship at INSTACOMFORT EXPERIENCES, I supported the CEO with administrative tasks and marketing initiatives. I designed and scheduled weekly Instagram content and prepared car rental invoices.

I also developed customized travel itineraries, coordinating accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients. My education includes an Associate Degree in Tourism Studies and Sustainability from SIR ARTHUR LEWIS COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
