At PedidosYa, I led payment performance and operational reliability across 15 Latin American countries, managing six gateways and approximately 50 million monthly payment attempts. I improved approval rates by up to 1.5 percentage points through routing optimization, issuer-level analysis, payment-method reviews, and targeted operational initiatives.

Previously at Direct24, I progressed across payments and product operations roles and co-founded TuPay, an internal fintech venture built from the ground up. I bring hands-on experience connecting Product, Technology, Operations, banks, acquirers, issuers, PSPs, and regional teams to launch payment initiatives, strengthen operating models, and scale high-performing teams.
