I provide project management and support by creating and maintaining dashboards, databases, and management tools so accurate information is available. I also research and analyze improved processes.
At WOMEN IN DISTRESS OF BROWARD COUNTY, INC., FL, I provided case management and advocacy services to survivors of domestic violence. I delivered trauma-informed services to children and non-offending caregivers, including individual and group counseling and crisis intervention.
I facilitated parenting and children’s groups and individual sessions, and connected families with resources and referrals. Earlier, I supported office and customer service work at BROWARD COUNTY, FL and office functions at STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES, UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY, UT.
