What I'm looking for
I’m a telecommunications professional with hands-on experience in fiber optic networks (FTTH/FTTA), mobile telecommunications (GSM, 3G, 4G, 5G), and telecom operations. I focus on delivering excellent support, troubleshooting, and practical solutions for real network and customer needs.
Since 2019, I’ve worked as a Fiber Optic Technician (FTTA) for Vivo / Icomm, handling installation, maintenance, fault resolution, and quality/safety procedures. I also work toward productivity and performance targets while supporting network reliability through strong problem-solving and technical execution.
Earlier roles strengthened my field and operational foundation, including telecommunications tower work with Celplan and drive testing using Nemo. I’m currently based in Brazil and seeking international remote opportunities in technical support, NOC, telecom operations, and network monitoring, where I can bring my support mindset and network analysis skills.
