I’m a business analyst focused on transforming requirements into usable, high-impact product solutions. I currently lead the development of sales channels for different insurances and collaborate closely with a Process Owner and Business Industrial Engineer to deliver measurable improvements.
At Seguros Bolivar, I designed the “Synthetic Audience” for a new AI tool to sell Small Business formulation and technology Owners Insurance on Gemini. I also build BPMN processes to understand AS-IS operational pain points and support optimization through automation, process modeling, and innovation, working with UX on best usable practices for the insurtech field.
Previously at Globant, I supported the Business Governance Finance team (SAP Ecosystem) handling payroll requests globally for 30 countries. I led the “Host to Host” project to improve the security vulnerabilities on the payment process for 10 countries, and contributed to S4/HANA migration by defining test cases and prioritizing requirements across SAP modules.
I’ve also delivered end-to-end SDLC through Agile practices and user story creation, including a Cash Management project with a Canadian financial institution. Earlier, at Axigma and others, I managed Non-ERP application requirements in Colombia, Chile, and Panamá and helped modernize tooling by moving from Lotus Notes to Power Automate, while coordinating improvements across supply chain and manufacturing-related applications.
