I’m a Business Analyst focused on the financial sector and payments, with a strong track record of translating functional needs into clear, actionable requirements for product and delivery teams. I take ownership of workshops and discussions to influence the Product Owner toward successful solutions.

In my most recent role, I structure and document requirements (including BRD and understanding/meeting documentation), manage activities with developers and testers to meet Sprint commitments, and support solution readiness through UAT and PRD follow-up. I enjoy aligning internal teams and customers around a shared understanding of what “done” means.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Test Analyst, estimating and prioritizing testing activities, preparing data, executing test cases, and delivering evidence and test reports to stakeholders. I also reviewed requirements/specifications/design documents, liaised with vendors for joint project testing, reported bugs and incidents, and coordinated completion of test plans with tracking and clear status reporting.

Over time, I’ve built both functional and technical depth—working across test planning, data/interface testing, and API testing—while maintaining a collaborative, communication-first approach. I bring strong problem-solving and negotiation habits, and I’m especially motivated by environments that value structured requirements, rigorous verification, and continuous stakeholder alignment.
