I’m a Texas A&M Psychology graduate and USAF veteran with 6+ years in high-accountability operations, training, and team leadership. I’ve focused on disciplined execution and repeatable process-building—turning ambiguity into systems people can rely on.
As a KC-135 Crew Chief in the USAF Reserves, I maintained mission readiness for an 8-aircraft fleet through systematic inspections and rapid troubleshooting, passing evaluations with zero mishaps. I also trained and mentored 1-3 Airmen, serving as a primary trainer and building manager during deployments to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
Today, I’m a Talent Consultant at Orange Quarter, placing candidates into technical and operational roles at early-stage and growth-stage startups through full-cycle recruiting. I manage end-to-end pipelines—partnering with hiring managers on role scoping and interview process—while building CRM-based workflow systems from scratch.
