At Cartrack, I support Finance users and contributed to the migration of finance operations to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I led and coordinated the migration of nine African entities, supporting accurate financial data transition and system alignment.
I work with the Finance Management team on finance systems, including opening and closing posting periods, supporting month-end operations, and maintaining SOX documentation and audit evidence. I also help users adopt new processes and troubleshoot ERP and Microsoft 365 issues.
Previously, at EOH (iOCO), I supported Windows Server environments and provided onsite infrastructure support at Sasol Secunda. My work included Active Directory administration, incident resolution, and monitoring Acronis backups.
