What I'm looking for
I’m a transformation and strategy leader with over a decade at IKEA, focused on delivering omnichannel solutions that drive commercial growth. I blend legally trained, high-level logic with 5+ years of self-taught technical mastery in Alteryx and Power BI.
In my current role as a Business Analyst, I architect KPI governance to make compliance and profitability decision-ready, aligned with FY26 priorities. I also orchestrate AI-driven operating model logic—partnering with the AI & UX Department to enable automated user flows and global scalability.
Previously, as a Business Process & Development Leader, I led global implementation of the IKEA Kitchens service transformation. I aligned Digital, Retail, and Sustainability functions, delivered change strategies to improve adoption and reduce operational errors, and structured governance through gap assessments, risk logs, and phased testing.
Earlier at IKEA Ltd (UK & IE Service Office), I pioneered sustainable last-mile delivery models and built Power BI reporting that improved lead-time visibility and reduced customer wait times.
