What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level IT role where I can combine troubleshooting and user training with data analysis. I thrive in a technology-driven environment and want continuous learning to grow my impact.

I’m a qualified educator with 9 year of classroom teaching experience and additional experience as a curriculum coach, where I supported Mathematics teachers through facilitation, training, mentoring, and performance monitoring. I also provide first-line technical support, resolving hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and improve day-to-day usability for staff and students.

In my most recent role as Teacher & Technology Lead, I analysed student performance data to identify gaps and implemented targeted digital interventions. I led the integration of digital tools into teaching and assessment processes and supported system setup, maintenance, and user training for digital learning platforms.

I’m now combining that people-focused experience with emerging IT skills from a Diploma in Information Technology (Java, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript). I’m seeking entry-level opportunities in IT Support, Systems Administration, Software Development, or Data Analysis—where analytical thinking, adaptability, and continuous learning can help my team move faster with confidence.
