What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply Python, SQL, Power BI, machine learning, and business acumen to turn data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and solutions that improve customer retention, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

I've spent nearly nine years at Prudential Life Insurance Ghana using customer, sales, and performance data to support retention, sales outcomes, and business decisions.

As an Insurance Sales Advisor and Sales Team Leader, I led and coached six advisors, monitored monthly KPIs in Excel, prepared weekly performance reports, and used targeted coaching to address performance gaps. I also maintained customer records, monitored premium payments, and supported policyholder retention.

Through Sheran Sourcing, I manage B2B procurement for hospitality, healthcare, corporate, and retail clients, evaluating suppliers, analyzing quotations and landed costs, and coordinating sourcing through delivery.

I've transitioned into data science through ALX training and hands-on projects in Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and machine learning. My churn prediction project achieved 80.7% accuracy and translated customer behavior findings into practical retention recommendations.
