What I'm looking for

I want to use BigQuery SQL and BI dashboards to improve operational efficiency with KPI-driven decision-making. I enjoy partnering across product, operations, and tech to validate data, build insights, and turn scenario analysis into measurable process improvements.

I’m a System Analyst focused on business analytics, using Google BigQuery SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel to monitor operational performance, delivery efficiency, and KPI trends. I translate complex datasets into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and management-ready performance narratives.

At Hepsiburada, I support delivery lead time strategy decisions with delivery lead time/service-level analysis, data validation, and scenario-based forecasting for capacity planning. I also helped drive Sunday delivery expansion to 1,158 districts, increasing Sunday delivery share from 48% to 69% within one month, and improving 3DD and 2DD through performance monitoring.

Earlier, as an IT Intern at ODE Insulation, I analyzed production line data (OEE, productivity, scrap rates, downtime) and structured ERP-based datasets from Microsoft Dynamics to support a lean transformation and waste reduction. I applied Linear Programming and TOPSIS for scenario-based operational and financial evaluation, and I’ve continued to build my toolkit across BI platforms like Power BI, Looker Studio, and Qlik Sense while keeping a strong bias toward data quality and process improvement.
