At BestSecret, I lead a team of 10 Business Analysts across core business areas and coordinate the 600-person Analytics Guild, making analytics more accessible through documentation, learning materials, training, and central guidelines.
Previously at TMC, I led cross-functional data strategy initiatives, designed advanced healthcare data models, and developed Power BI dashboards that turned KPIs into actionable decisions. I also managed finance projects in Payroll and Invoicing to streamline workflows.
At ISDIN, I owned the full data lifecycle, from gathering and transforming data through activation and reporting. I partnered with Product Owners and Business teams to define KPIs, built dbt and BigQuery tables and views, and maintained ETL/ELT pipelines supporting Looker and Tableau.
