At BCX, I monitor and triage security alerts across multi-client enterprise environments using Microsoft Sentinel, Cybereason, Microsoft Defender, Forescout, Datto, and IBM QRadar. I investigate incidents, analyze phishing campaigns and logs, identify IOCs, and escalate confirmed threats under SLA procedures.
Previously, I protected endpoints, email, and identities for the Department of Economic Development, Environment & Tourism using Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Intune. I also bring IT support, endpoint hardening, basic secure application development, penetration testing, and security training experience.
