I’m a Customer Success and Logistics professional with hands-on experience coordinating logistics operations, resolving customer issues, and building long-term client relationships—often in remote environments. In my most recent role as a Logistics Coordinator at Rainpack Logistics, I coordinated logistics activities, maintained accurate records, and handled multiple priorities while keeping a strong customer-first approach.

I also bring a service mindset from online education and administration: as an English Tutor (Yandex Practicum, and Engoo), I delivered online lessons and supported learners through clear communication and consistent follow-through, while maintaining records and working remotely. Earlier, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at Creative Concepts, supporting customer enquiries and daily office operations—strengthening my problem-solving, attention to detail, and process improvement habits.
