I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can provide high-volume customer support, take ownership from first contact to resolution, and collaborate across teams to keep service requests moving with clear, accurate documentation.

I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and support professional with hands-on experience helping high volumes of customers through phone, email, text, and live chat. I’m known for clear communication, taking ownership of issues until they’re resolved, and documenting every interaction accurately.

Right now, I work as a Switchboard Operator / Help Desk Support for Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s IT Department, where I respond to daily inbound support requests using the GoTo cloud phone system, resolve technical and account issues on first contact, and escalate complex cases with clear documentation and next steps. I also log and track service requests to ensure timely follow-up, coordinate across departments to keep operations running smoothly, and bring a remote-ready, dependable approach shaped by a B.S. in Aviation Management and my Google AI Essentials certification.
