I’m looking for an in-person or remote opportunity in customer service or sales, including with Verizon, where I can grow my skills and technology knowledge while delivering a great customer experience.

At Best Buy, I help customers find technology that fits their needs and budget, explaining product features and recommending memberships, financing, and protection plans. I also receive, sort, and stock consumer electronics and appliances, and prepare customer orders for pickup, delivery, and the sales floor.

At Old Navy, I helped customers choose products and find the right fit, promoted store credit cards, and used Zebra handheld devices to manage inventory and fulfill online orders. I’m bilingual in English and Portuguese, and I’m at my best helping someone find the right fit.
