A highlight of my career was guiding a 4-day innovation sprint for the Municipality of Lima, where I worked with a diverse group to create practical solutions for reducing COVID-19 infections in public spaces. Seeing the solution funded and implemented within weeks reinforced my commitment to actionable, impact-driven facilitation.
