At Zebra Technologies, I owned the core connected hardware and software portfolio for a $2B global division, managing $325M–$350M in annual revenue across 12+ product models and accessories. I also built an Excel TCO model that gave sales a financial tool to support enterprise adoption.
I diagnosed a hardware design flaw that limited device performance, coordinated testing and prototype development, and validated the solution with a major enterprise customer. At Epson America, I built a commercial market for an integrated robotics platform, growing the business from $200K to $3M.
