I'm looking to lead customer success and CX initiatives where I can improve retention, drive expansion, align product and operations, and apply AI automation to reduce friction and deliver measurable outcomes.

At Harbor Compliance, I lead nine customer success managers across retention and expansion initiatives while owning the CX roadmap with operations and product. I designed AI agent routing using ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, and HubSpot, automating 100 hours of work per week.
