I’m a results-driven Business Analyst with a strong foundation in statistics and 6+ years across consulting, financial services, and data analytics. I focus on transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights through advanced reporting and visualization.

In my current role at FI Group, I design and develop Power BI dashboards for consulting operations, and I lead CRM data quality management in Microsoft Dynamics 365—training teams, guiding correct usage, and working with developers on process and tool improvements. I also identify, streamline, and automate internal processes to improve operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership on data-informed optimization initiatives.

Previously at NTT Data, I delivered end-to-end data solutions for clients across Energy, Public Service, and Industry—covering functional analysis, data transformation, and interactive dashboard development using Power BI and DOMO. I also supported stakeholders with ad hoc analytics, helped standardize data processes and establish a Single Source of Truth (SSOT), and ensured alignment between internal teams and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
