At Gewählt Law, I built the operations department from the ground up, establishing review checkpoints, processes, and quality standards for U.S. immigration cases. I currently lead the Legal Managers team and oversee case workflows, while staying hands-on with petition quality control.

I also built operational reporting to track throughput, capacity, and bottlenecks, and co-designed the MVP of the firm's proprietary case management system with Bugshield. Earlier at Gewählt Law, I managed EB-2 NIW and EB-1A cases from onboarding through submission and trained team members on case processes and criteria.
