I'm seeking a senior office or operations role in a service-focused organisation where I can lead teams, improve systems and controls, manage supply chains, and drive targets while mentoring staff.

I am an experienced Office Manager with more than 16 years in senior management within automation, retail and security operations, passionate about people, service delivery and meeting targets.

I reported directly to owners, managed eight direct reports and was involved in daily strategic decision making, monitoring supply chain, driving technicians to meet targets and handling HR, payroll and creditor/debtor sign-off.

I successfully multiplied business growth by recruiting the right staff, setting up systems and procedures, optimised business structure, negotiated security agreements with Body Corporates and created subcontractor job opportunities.
