Hello, I’m Britney Delgado from Managua, Nicaragua. I’m currently finishing my graphic design major and I love anything that has to do with BPO industry and design. My core skills are: • Communication: I practice assertive communication. When I was working as Back Office agent, I realized how good I am communicating any ideas or solutions with my teammates or supervisor. • Problem solving: I am aware that sometimes things are not going to happen as planned, but that’s where my skill to comes out by using critical thinking and analyze possible solutions. Taking a last minute decision is part of the business.
