I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can lead teams, protect safety standards, and own end-to-end event or operations execution—bringing logistics precision, training, and client-focused excellence to high-energy environments.

I’m a Team Lead and Safety Lead who drives high performance through leadership, accountability, and operational excellence. At NYC Elite Gymnastics, I’ve maintained the highest-performing team record for three years, built foundational training programs for entry-level members, and deliver customized training presentations that improve engagement and program effectiveness. I also serve as First Aid and Safety Lead for the UES location, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and supporting a safe working environment.

I bring large-scale event production experience from Great Bridal Expo, where I serve as Assistant Production Manager & Fashion Show Director. I coordinate logistics and presentation for 40+ bridal gowns across live fashion productions and help execute trade shows in 21 cities nationwide, managing scheduling, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and real-time crisis management. Earlier, as an Assistant Manager & Event Coordinator at N.Peal, I strengthened customer experiences through product expertise, staff training, and cross-functional event and email marketing support.
