I am a dedicated and passionate individual pursuing a Master of Computer Science at Western Illinois University. My educational journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in Information Technology, complemented by hands-on experience as a Graduate Assistant. In this role, I leverage my analytical skills to maintain and analyze data, create insightful reports, and integrate educational technology into the curriculum, enhancing the learning experience for students.

Previously, I served as a Customer Support Manager at Rise and Shine Supermarket, where I maintained and enhanced software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
