At The CCIM Institute, I manage online course delivery through the Learning Management System and virtual classroom platforms. I build and maintain hundreds of courses, help resolve high level issues so students and faculty have a high-quality learning experience, and recently supported the successful transition to an entirely new LMS platform.
I create training videos and manage instructional resources, creating Standard Operating Procedures to help CCIM members and staff use course platforms. I also manage course monitors who ensure the success of online deliveries.
Previously, I was an Assistant Director of Training at Pais Movement | Life On Mission, where I authored and edited training materials and transcribed and subtitled educational videos. I also analyzed work log data and recommended improvements to internal systems.
