I’m a Dedicated Sales Support Specialist and Data Analyst with a proven track record in troubleshooting sales operations, facilitating customer onboarding, creating and maintaining new users, and managing national order entry. I focus on delivering excellent customer service while building training and documentation that help teams execute consistently.

In my current role as a Senior Advertising Support Data Analyst, I lead onboarding for new stations and coordinate advertising and agency data entry. I train new employees on customer setup processes and system workflows, and I act as a liaison between Data, Sales, and developers to improve workflow processes.

Previously, I standardized client profiles to eliminate duplicates and improve reporting accuracy, and I provided onboarding guidance to sales teams for consistent data processes. Earlier in my career as a Sales Support Specialist, I supported sales teams through phone and ticketing, resolved issues across client setup and reporting, assisted with CRM prospecting and custom report generation, and managed order entry for 185 stations while consolidating documentation to reduce errors.
