I’m an AI Project Specialist with a slightly unconventional path into the tech sector. I’m Irish and originally studied sociology and politics back in Galway and spent a few years working in digital marketing and international education across Ireland and Spain before taking the leap to do my Master’s in AI and Innovation Management in Bologna. Because of that foundation, I tend to look at AI not just as a technical puzzle, but in terms of its practical, human impact. Recently, I’ve been driving corporate AI deployment at Culligan Italy, building automated workflows with n8n, Python and within Microsoft AI Foundry to clear out heavy administrative bottlenecks. Whether I'm building out a multi-layer RAG pipeline or optimizing local LLMs for internal compliance audits, I thrive on turning complex machine learning architecture into secure, transparent systems that actually make operations run smoother.
When I step away from the laptop, I try to keep fairly active, I’m usually training for half-marathons or playing a bit of weekly football. I’m also a keen home cook, spending a fair amount of time trying to perfect pescatarian and vegetarian dishes like Mediterranean cod or a good torta salata. I'm ultimately looking for a remote role where I can bring that same level of focus and enthusiasm to a team that's building genuinely useful, pragmatic AI tools.
