I established EU AI Act and GDPR governance across 14 client deployments, including policies, DPIAs, sub-processor DPAs and transparency obligations. I embedded Responsible AI guardrails, human oversight and evaluation criteria into the solution lifecycle, and architected a multi-tenant agentic AI platform for healthcare, public-sector and retail deployments.
Previously at expert.ai, I advised financial services, insurance and pharmaceutical clients on GenAI adoption in regulated environments. I also designed and delivered NLP and Knowledge Graph solutions for banking, insurance, healthcare and publishing clients, contributing across the model lifecycle from design and testing through deployment and maintenance.
