I currently handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders, billing concerns, and technical product support at M-Gas Limited through phone, email, and chat.

I troubleshoot product setup and usage issues, resolve payment discrepancies, process refunds or credits, and keep customers updated on their orders. I also maintain accurate interaction records and prepare activity reports.

I work closely with cross-functional teams, collect customer feedback, and build relationships that support retention, repeat business, and better service efficiency.

Earlier, I conducted laboratory testing and analytical reporting for the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining. My analytical chemistry background and Google Data Analytics certificate strengthen my attention to detail, reporting, compliance awareness, and problem-solving.
