I’m a Customer Support professional with experience assisting veterans, managing client communications, and troubleshooting technical issues in remote and fast-paced environments. I focus on communicating clearly, resolving problems, and building positive client relationships.

In my Pre-Claims Associate role at VetComm (Remote), I helped veterans initiate disability claims, including filing Intent to File documentation. I also supported virtual appointments by troubleshooting Zoom access, and I explained processes and complex information in a clear, supportive way.

I managed scheduling, rescheduling, and client follow-ups while delivering high-volume customer service from a remote setting. I collaborated with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from start to finish.

Before that, I developed strong frontline and training experience as a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s and as a Crew Member at Wendy’s. I trained and onboarded new employees on procedures, POS systems, and customer service standards, handled customer concerns, maintained a clean and organized workspace, and supported order accuracy and packaging.
