Designs adversarial, expert-level AI evaluations across professional domains, targeting subtle failures in reasoning, evidence use, and decision quality. Builds end-to-end evaluation architectures and investigates weak outputs to distinguish model reasoning failures from factual error, evidence misuse, task ambiguity, source defects, and QA false positives.

Performs comparative model evaluation, ranking, rewriting, research, annotation, and quality assurance across generalist and specialist AI-training tasks. Applies detailed criteria and domain expertise to identify factual, reasoning, evidence-use, language, and instruction-following failures and produces concise, defensible rationales.

Provides governance and financial oversight for a multi-million-dollar nonprofit, including budgets, policy, executive documentation, committee coordination, and board decision support.

Reconstructs under-documented business processes, data flows, and system dependencies across healthcare, retail, nonprofit, and professional-services settings. Implements workflow, automation, reconciliation, and reporting improvements using Python, SQL, Excel, APIs, webhooks, and SaaS tools, with explicit validation, exception handling, and traceability.

Managed staffing, purchasing, vendors, inventory, pricing, cash flow, e-commerce, supplier relationships, and turnaround decisions using sales, margin, inventory, seasonality, staffing, and cash-flow data.

Developed a specialized dental-clinic concept from operating model through launch readiness and prepared startup budgets, financial models, funding concepts, operating assumptions, partnership materials, and board-level documentation.

Led operational systems, process implementation, workforce administration, and payroll/reporting workflows supporting more than 200 employees in a marine subcontracting environment. Built Python, SQL, and Excel workflows for payroll validation, accounting integration, KPI reporting, exception handling, data quality, and operational performance.

Led cross-functional healthcare operations spanning scheduling, intake, records, billing, payment workflows, compliance support, IT/networking, patient communication, vendors, staff training, and practice-management systems. Managed data quality and migration across Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and Open Dental, using Python and SQL for ETL, deduplication, validation, and reconciliation.

Served as Council Member, contributing to stakeholder communication, planning, issue escalation, community coordination, and institutional engagement.

Edited 100+ peer-reviewed manuscripts across biology, medicine, and pharmacy for technical accuracy, logic, clarity, consistency, and publication quality. Also served as language editor for Textbook of Cortical Brain Stimulation (De Gruyter, 2015).

Conducted graduate research involving experimental design, biological data analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of biological evidence in comparative physiology and endocrinology. Produced peer-reviewed research published in General and Comparative Endocrinology (2014).
