At Old Mutual Limited, I lead data architecture for the Money Hub, shaping how collections data is structured and made available for analytics and decisioning. I also bring a data and analytics lens to strategic designs, including the Collections System Redesign and Mandate Rules Engine.
As Analytics Lead – Money Management Analytics, I built the analytics team from the ground up and owned the Money Management Data Warehouse. I developed the Collections Health Index, a decision-support framework adopted to assess collections success, failures, recoveries, risk and operational effectiveness.
Earlier at Old Mutual, I designed collections scorecards, forecasting models and target tracking, and developed predictive and anomaly detection models using Python and SQL. I translated portfolio analysis into corrective strategies and helped automate reporting pipelines.
My work spans collections analytics, data architecture and operational insight, including earlier MIS roles at Cataler South Africa (Toyota Group) and Dow Advanced Materials. I’m motivated by translating data from complex systems into improvements in business metrics and performance.
