I’m looking for a mission-driven team where I can lead operations and projects using MEL, partnerships, and community outreach—strengthening compliance, systems, and measurable sustainable impact.

I’m a project management and operations professional supporting nonprofit, sustainability, youth development, and community outreach initiatives across Africa, Europe, and North America. I focus on building systems that improve how organizations plan, deliver, and measure outcomes.

In my recent work, I lead program development and stakeholder engagement through partnerships, while strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) through project documentation, implementation plans, and evidence-based tracking. I design and manage data collection and performance tools—such as needs assessments and research activities—to guide program decisions.

I also handle operational effectiveness and compliance, including operational systems, beneficiary databases, records management, and process improvement. I contribute to resource mobilization by preparing concept notes, funding briefs, donor materials, and sustainable community development project proposals, and I stay committed to policy advocacy and circular economy initiatives.
