I have led HSSEQ teams at Mopani Copper Mines, implementing and continuously improving ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 aligned management systems, internal audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

My career highlights include successfully transitioning from OHSAS 18001:2007 to ISO 45001 across multiple departments, achieving zero fatalities in assigned projects, and contributing to ISO 14001 and OHSAS certification efforts.

I bring practical technical knowledge, regulatory compliance experience, budget and resource management, and a focus on behavior-based safety, training and leadership to drive measurable safety performance improvements.
