As a seasoned HR officer with over 5 years of experience, I have developed a strong background in driving organizational change and HR planning. My expertise lies in providing outsourced technical manpower and software solutions to leading telecommunication and financial services companies.

I have managed over 200 employees spread across 7 key client companies, and have a deep understanding of the Kenyan Labor Laws. I am well-versed in personnel management, recruitment, and employee relations, with a proven track record of setting up HR departments from scratch and developing employee handbooks.

I am a certified Human Resource Practitioner and an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). I am passionate about promoting HR compliance and employee discipline, and have a strong commitment to employee welfare and development.
