I'm seeking a growth-oriented role in operations, program coordination, compliance, healthcare administration, or organizational support.

I coordinate multi-state patient scheduling for Bridgeview Eye and Midwest Eye, supporting cataract and laser procedure appointments across locations and scheduling systems. I manage high-volume calls, emergent triage intakes, documentation, and responsive patient communication using EyeMed, Compulink, and RingCentral.

Previously, I managed a 45+ person Medicaid waiver caseload at The Columbus Organization, coordinating families, providers, medical teams, and state agencies. I conducted risk assessments, crisis triage, compliance reviews, and maintained audit-ready documentation.
