Previously, as an Eligibility Supervisor (Remote) at AMA Consulting Group, I managed high-volume client communication across phone, email, chat, and social media while conducting applicant interviews and explaining eligibility requirements and benefits processes. I also bring long-running case management experience—supporting 20+ clients with housing, employment, and mental health services, updating service plans as needs evolve, and advocating for access to community resources.
